 Please Note: Total Registration fees for any player playing Rep Hockey are a combination of
 BOTH Valley East Minor Hockey Fees AND Valley East Progressive Hockey Fees.

 Valley East Minor Hockey Registration Fees MUST be paid to the Valley East Minor Hockey
 Association PRIOR to any player signing an NOHA Player Card. Any player signing an NOHA
 rep card must produce a receipt from Valley East Minor Hockey verifying that these fees have
 been paid.

 Valley East Progressive Hockey Association Fees MUST be paid by November 1 of the current
 season.
